    Where are you located?

    We have two main offices: one in Pohnpei, Micronesia, and Tampa, USA. We are open to engaging with clients in person, and we are always available to set up introductory meetings.

    What locations in the FSM can you service?

    Steady Palms can deliver our goods and services throughout FSM. Of course, this would entail some service charge; however, if you work with us, we will strive to deliver a value-added package with the lowest cost options for your needs.

    How do you charge for your goods and services offered?

    Depending on the items you need- whether computers, servers, solar panels, battery banks, efficiency bulbs – we could offer a quote that includes free delivery. In terms of services, we would conduct a service needs assessment with the help of our advisors to engage with you and learn what specific needs/services are required. When needing both goods and services, Steady Palms will provide a value-added package of goods and services. For example, we can deliver the computers and web design items and provide follow-up services on software installations and other IT services needed to get your office or team prepared for a project or program delivery.
